"Entrepreneurship is not a profession. It's an attitude!
You may never start up a company, but never let the entrepreneur in you die."
The book revolves around the story of 3 people and how they pursue their dream of a startup irrespective of the hardships they encounter on the way.
The book is divided into multiple chapters, and every chapter is alternatively written with the perspective of the two main characters- Myra and Kabir. Apart from Kabir and Myra, there are other characters in the story as well, and it is essential to pay attention to every character as they are very different from one another. Myra wants to break free from the routine life that brings her no joy, Kabir is constantly debating his plan of breaking free of his father's and uncle's heritage, Sandy is a college dropout who loves apps and start-ups, and Ramy is the one on the open road, he motivates travelers from his blog. The book is about these millennials unfolding life page by page and fighting their battles with society, taboos, depression, and life to start their start-up.
What I liked about the book?
The book is based on the modern world and helps you relate to it. Everything the characters go through is relatable and acceptable. You observe the characters' development over the course of the book. You feel the helplessness they feel, you empathize with them, you want to know more as you turn pages.
What I did not like about the book?
The thing I did not like about the book is that it ended! I was enjoying the journey. Apart from that, I needed some answers that I did not actually get but these questions could be overlooked.
Conclusion
The book is a great read. If you are at a bookstore with this book on the shelves, you can surely pick it up. If you are in your 20s and have a dream of building a start-up or just have dreams, then you are going to enjoy this book for sure!
